You will receive your acceptance letter! - which will be useful for all your administrative procedures

**In the first two weeks you can participate in all the courses and you can modify your Learning Agreement according to what you like and your profile from the home university (follow the instructions given by your coordinator for the changes made in “during the mobility”)
YOUR CLASSES
Most of the classes are taught in French and the major part of the administrative staff speaks French, that is why we recommend all international students to have basic knowledge before their arrival. Depending on the study program chosen, some of the classes may also be taught in English.
In order to help you and to feel at ease at the university and in your everyday life, free French classes are offered to all exchange students during the academic year. More information about French classes will be soon send by IUT.

When you arrive:

you will receive a school certificate and a student card (download the Izly application and the secret code you will find on: https://ent.u-bordeaux.fr/uPortal/f/welcome/normal/render.uP after you follow the steps for registration , in the section of unread emails)

How does it work?
Once you have found the secret code, you must log in and transfer a sum of money (starting from 10 euros) as if you were making an online payment. You can use this card in the laundry room and also in the university restaurant.
