Sites and monuments

A masterpiece of European architecture, the stair of which inspired the architect responsible for the Opera Garnier Paris. Froonted by a column portico with twelve stone statues.

Château Saint-Ahon

Wine & Vineyards

At the very gates of the Médoc area, Château Saint Ahon was owned by Charles de Montesquieu in the 18th century. It is now listed as a "Remarkable Monument". Guined tour and wine tastings.

Bordeaux Museum

Having closed in 2009, le Muséum de Bordeaux reopens its doors in springtime. The journey through the museum is to porpose a contemporary approach to natural history, accompanied by interactive mechanism and a multimedia spectacle.
